How to relink a device service in Google Home

This is the Google Home equivalent of the Alexa helper article and helps avoid repeating the same generic steps on many pages.

1. Confirm the device still works in the vendor app.
2. Use Google Home sync/refresh paths before a full unlink.
3. Unlink and relink only if sync clearly fails.
4. Verify the same Google account owns the correct home structure.
5. Re-test device discovery, room assignment and voice control.
